Carla Howe

Carla Diane Howe, 59, of Oak Ridge, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Methodist Medical Center. She was born in Florence, AL on January 6, 1964.

She graduated from Huffman High in Birmingham, AL in 1982. She attended Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater, MA, with a focus on social work. She was a talented cake decorator for several years. Her family was her world and she loved them dearly.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Thomas Carl Williams, and Doris Inez Griffin Williams, of Birmingham, AL.

She is survived by her son, John (Kendra) Crowder; daughter, Jamie (CJ) Sharpe; brother, Tommy (Catherine) Williams; grandsons, Landon and Wyatt Sharpe, DeVontae Gallaher; granddaughters, Charlotte and Magnolia Crowder, Raelynn Howe; niece Addison Williams; nephew, Tyler (Shana) Williams; husband Mark Howe.

The family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Calhoun's in Lenoir City.
