Camden "Dino" Leo Blackwelder

Our beloved son, Camden “Dino” Leo Blackwelder, unexpectedly passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 8, of Athens Tennessee. He is survived by those that loved him most including his mother and father, Lacey and Brian Richesin along with his biological father Billy Blackwelder, brothers Peyton Curtis, Logan Blackwelder, Bryson Richesin, sister Alexis Richesin. Grandparents Gary and Joy Curtis, Joyce Richesin, Ronnie Richesin, Roxanne Blackwelder, aunt and uncles Amber and Brent Jones, Gary Dean Curtis Jr., Tabatha and Eric Price, Christopher and Dakota Pahr, Stanley Blackwelder, Don and Tammy McCort, and countless cousins, special teachers from City Park School and friends who loved him with all their hearts.

He was preceded in death by grandparents William “Bill” Allen Blackwelder Sr. great grandparents J.R and Ruby Crittenden, Walter Paige and Velma Louzelle Curtis, Leonard Blackwelder, Hilda Blackwelder, little grammy Evelyn Drymon, aunt and uncle Tiffany Curtis Shields, Uncle Jason Curtis, Les and Carol Blackwelder.

The Family will receive friends on Friday, August 4, 2023, 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Companion Funeral Home in Athens. A memorial service is to follow with Reverend Jarade Sinclair officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Camden Blackwelder in care of Amber Jones “Special Account” at CapStar Bank in Athens, TN.
