Bridget "Michelle" Smith

Bridget “Michelle” Smith, 52, of Cleveland, passed away, Monday, January 18, 2021, after a short battle with Covid. Michelle known as “LaLa”, was fun, outgoing and the life of the party.

Growing up she always enjoyed, volleyball and softball, playing on several winning teams throughout her formative years, She was employed by United Knitting, which is now known as Polartec for 29 years.

She was preceded in death by, her father, Larry J. Smith, Grandparents, Arrie and Clara Mae Garland, and Roy and Joella Smith.

She is survived by children, Klaryssa Chastain and husband, Garrett, of Bayonne, NJ; and son Cordell Hall of Cleveland; and grandchildren: Declan Royce and Briddlee Ellory; mother, Gloria Jean Smith Rakstis, sister, Laura Denise Smith, of Cleveland; and brother, Larry Matthew Smith, and wife, Amanda, of Cleveland, step-mother, Teresa Smith; and many beloved, aunts, friends and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held for the family at a later date.
