Brenda Lee Scroggins

Brenda Lee Scroggins, 49, a lifelong resident of this area passed away early Monday morning, December 21st, 2015 at Tennova Health Care in Cleveland, TN. Brenda was born on April 4th, 1966 in Dalton, GA a daughter of Glenn and Ann Mashburn. She will be forever be remembered for being a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother.
Brenda is preceded in death by her brother Wesley Mashburn.
Brenda leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother and father Ann & Glenn Mashburn, one son Justin Mingie and Jodi Wright, two granddaughters MiKayla Mingie and Kali Mingie, one sister Joyce Dabbs (Lloyd), numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
There will be no public services at this time.
