Brad Stephen Williams, a pillar of strength to his family, a mentor to many, and a friend to all – passed away peacefully on October 1, 2021 at his home after a courageous battle with triple hit b-cell lymphoma. He was surrounded by his loving wife, three devoted daughters and two sons-in-law.
Brad was born on August 9th 1955 in Evansville, Indiana to Sharon Lee Williams and Charlie Edward Williams. He moved to Chattanooga, TN in 2011 where he met his life partner, Terry and landed his career at Volkswagen working in IT. Brad had a keen desire for adventure and being outdoors from the beginning to the end. He was a proud and devoted father to his three daughters. He was happiest on the back of his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his wife, driving through the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the Tail of the Dragon. He had a huge passion for photography. He specifically loved capturing the beauty of nature and historical landmarks. He loved starting his day with a strong shot of espresso and a morning workout session. He was a source of laughter to friends and family, constantly joking and spreading true joy to those around him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Brad joins his mother, Sharon Williams and his father, Charlie Williams, in heaven. He is survived by his wife Terry Williams of Ooltewah, TN and his three daughters; Britta Williams of Jacksonville, FL; Sessalee Williams of Charleston, SC; and Paige Williams of Charlotte, NC.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday October 16th anytime from 2:30-6pm at the Companion Funeral Home at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
