Bobby Price

Bobby Clifford Price (Jailbird) age 77 of Dayton, TN passed away Thursday, September 28,2023 at his home. He was born January 22,1946 in Dayton, TN. Bobby was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He served 4 years in the Navy, was a Ironworker for 10 years, worked full time with the Tennessee National Guard for 20 years, and 6 years as a security guard at Watts Bar before retiring from the work force.

Bobby is preceded in death by his mother Argelena Price purser, father Grady Purser, sister Sue Purser Morgan, brother-in-law Kenny Morgan, brother Larry Purser, and his faithful furry companions Dexter and Louie of 13 years who he loved dearly

Bobby is survived by his wife Donna Brown Price of 52 years. His daughters Regina Price McPherson (Shannon Lewis), Lisa Price, grandsons Christian McPherson (Alyssa), Tyler McPherson (Tracy), Dylan McPherson (Shelby), and great grandsons Keyth (AKA Fred) Carson, Ayden and Ethan. Brothers James Purser (Rhonda), Ray Purser (Nancy), Randy Purser, sister Candy Purser Hudson (Greg) and sister-in-law Gayla Purser and several nieces and nephews.

The family of Bobby would like to express our extreme gratitude to Dr. Chris Horton, Hearth Hospice and to Companion Funeral Home for the compassion that they showed to our family.

A memorial service will be held at Spivey Cemetery in Dayton,TN on November 10,2023 at 2:00pm at the Pavilion.
