Bobby "Moe" Lee Myers

Bobby “Moe” Lee Myers, 70, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 17, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 18, 1945 to the late Richard and Retha Myers. Moe was a lifelong resident of this area and of the Baptist faith. He loved watching the Atlanta Braves and the Game Show Network. He also followed the news and weather on all stations and enjoyed drinking Folgers Coffee.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his brothers: Cleve Myers, John Henry Myers, Eugene “Wart” Myers, Jimmy Don Myers, and Herman “Squeaky” Myers; sisters: Vivian Cavett Brown, Eulene “Sis” Sneed, and Judy Gilbert.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and bevoted wife of almost 50 years Linda Myers, two children: Bobby Myers Jr. (Debbie) and Stephanie Tuck (Everett); brother Wayne Myers and sister Susie Satterfield; grandchildren: Seth Tuck, Hannah Tuck, Corey Myers, A.J. Myers, and Ethan Myers. In addition to these he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday June 19, 2016 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 3:00pm prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Eastview Cemetery in Georgetown, TN.
