Obituary
Billy Arthur McGinnis, 52 a lifelong resident of the Meigs County area passed away on Tuesday, November 5th, 2013 in a local health care facility. He was born on June 28th, 1961 a son of the late Arthur & Barbara J. McGinnis. He was of the Baptist faith. Billy worked in the construction industry and later as a truck driver. Billy loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and family.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Jay McGinnis.

Billy leaves behind to cherish his memory five children Brandie Davis, Cheyenne McGinnis, Alyssa McGinnis and Jayson McGinnis all of Meigs County and Candice Smith of Cleveland, his wife Jamie W. McGinnis, three grandchildren, one brother Paul McGinnis, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A memorial gathering and visitation will be held on Friday night, November 8th, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN.
