Billy Joe Munroe, 68, of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020. He loved the outdoors especially fishing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William R. and A. Christine Munroe.
Survivors include sons, William J. Munroe of Cedar Bluff, AL, and David C. Munroe of Rossville, GA; brother, Jerry L. Munroe of Hanford, CA; sisters, Carolyn N. Sanders of Murfreesboro, TN, and Debbie A. Seymour of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Nicholas, Christy, Kasea, Makalyn, Skylar, Anderson, Vincent and Kira; great grandson, Carson; and very dear family friend, Kay Brooks.
