Billy Carroll Martin

Billy Carroll Martin, 82, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at his home. He was born on March 18, 1940 in Niota, TN a son of the late Bill & Norma Martin. Billy loved cruise around town, travel to Florida, spending time with his dogs and was very much of a family man. Above anything else he loved his family and spending time with them. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by the love of his life Judy Martin and several siblings.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory three sons Tracy Martin, Chris Martin, and Jamie Martin; one very special granddaughter Baylee Martin; one sister Inez Hicks of Athens, TN. In addition to these he leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
