Betty L. Wagner, a shining pillar of love, kindness, and compassion, left an indelible mark on the lives of all who knew her. Her remarkable life, spanning 85 years, was a testament to the transformative power of family, love, and generosity.

Born on June 20, 1939, Betty dedicated her life to nurturing her family with unwavering devotion. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her most treasured blessings, and she celebrated their every triumph with unbridled joy.

Betty is survived by her loving family, including her children, Tangie Freckleton, Pamela Tolleson, Richard Wagner, and Heather Small; her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her brothers, William, Don, and Ronald Elmore. Her family will deeply miss her infectious laughter, warm guidance, and unconditional love.
