Betty Terry

Betty Ruth Terry, 86, "Betty Boop" passed away peacefully at her home with her loved ones by her side on Tuesday September 5, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Ruth Atwell also her late husband Richard Terry. Left behind to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Melissa Terry and Heather Duckett and her son-in-law Kenneth Duckett; her five grandchildren Kailee Betters, Dawson and Jace Duckett, Brooklynn and Tripp Daugherty and many bonus grandchildren; her sister Patricia Marshall and brother-in-law Jerry Marshall and her brother George Atwell as well as several nieces and nephews. She was known and loved by many and also gave that same love. Betty never met a stranger and loved everyone. The angels have called you home to be with glory. You will be sadly missed and forever in our heart.

The family will be receiving friends on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM with the S celebration of life ceremony at 2:00PM all at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN. The Interment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Cleveland, TN. Paster Lanny Green to officiate.
