Betty Mae Greene

Betty Mae Greene of Cleveland, TN, 77, went to her heavenly home on December 19, 2015 with her children by her side. She was born September 17, 1938 to the late William Robert and Josie Thomas of Bristol, TN.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband David Lavon Greene Sr., daughter, Venus McRae; brother, George Allen Thomas; three sisters, Annie Mae Thomas, Violet McCracken and Dolly Fleenor.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, David L. Greene Jr. wife Janet of Dothan, AL; daughter, Becky L. Hall husband Olen of Cleveland, TN; sister-in-law, Jean Campbell; two grandchildren Michelle Hulon and Scotty Greene; four great-grandchildren, Breanna Durden, Ashtyn and Kaidence Hulon and Chloe Greene; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Companion Funeral Home Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 4:00pm until service time at 7:00pm. A Graveside service will be held in Chattanooga National Cemetery Wednesday morning at 10:30am. We will be meeting at the cemetery no earlier than fifteen minutes prior to graveside services.

Donations may be made on behalf of Mrs. Greene to Valley View Baptist Church storehouse ministry.
