Betty Carol Hughes

Betty Carol Hughes, 70, passed away at home on November 24, 2017. Born in Dallas, Texas to James Marlin and Gladys Marie Hall she worked 25 years at Hardwick Clothes and then retired from Peyton’s Southeastern in 2009.

She enjoyed watching Westerns (especially John Wayne) and had a life long love of reading which she passed down to her daughters. She will be remembered and loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by one sister Jane Jones and two daughters Sharron Quimby and Crystal (Jamie) Renner all of Cleveland. One grandson Chase Gibby who she loved dearly. Special nieces and nephews who she loved like her own, Bobbie (Lee) Truelove, Cindy (Jeff) Southern, David (Christine) Jones, and Debbie Brown (Keith McCarter) all of Cleveland. Several great and great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents James & Marie Hall and sister Barbara Hall.

Funeral services will be Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home. Visitation and the service will be from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
