Bessie Faye Hunt

Bessie Faye Hunt, 76, longtime resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away January 28, 2023. Born December 28, 1946, to the late Johnny & Jane Murr in Knoxville, TN. Bessie was a Godly woman, Church of God faith, who loved spending time with her family and crocheting.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Hunt; brothers, Tommy Murr, Rex Murr, and Blake Murr; daughter, Tammy Hunt.

Survived by her son, Jeff (Amy) Hunt; daughter, Janet (Kenneth) Mayweather; grandchildren, Tanner Hunt, Tyler Hunt, Jessica Green, Kendra Mayweather, Will Mayweather, Alyssa Mayweather, Tyler Collier, and Emma Hammontree; great-grandchildren, Isaac Hunt, Jameson Hunt, Willow Hunt, Harper Gudac, and Harrison McCulley; a beloved aunt, Betty Tipton.

The Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM7:30 PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at Companion Funeral Home, followed by the service at 7:30 PM, in the chapel of the Funeral Home.
