Becky Farmer

Becky Farmer, 61 resident of Cleveland passed away in a Chattanooga Healthcare Facility on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 surrounded by her family.
Born and raised in Cleveland, TN, she was the daughter of the late J.H. “Hambone” and Mary Ruth Melton. Becky loved spending her time at Yard Sales and Flea Markets and enjoyed traveling. But above all she loved her family and her grandkids most of all.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her father-in-law Lincoln Farmer.
Those left behind to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 25 years Michael Farmer; daughter, Emily “Nikki” Varnell (Harmon Harden); son, Cortney Varnell; adopted daughter, Cindy Fincher and fur-baby; Ginger. Grandchildren; Bekah Harden, Tristian Johnson, Jaden Johnson, Raylen Varnell and adopted granddaughter, Anna Fincher. Sisters; Linda Melton, Sherry Patterson (Gary), Kim Bryan (Jack), Donna Gober (Lyle); aunt; Lillian Tatum; mother-in-law, Grace Farmer; brothers-in-law and their wives; W.L. Farmer, Jr. (Bunny), Larry Farmer (Margaret), Tommy Farmer (Terry), Billy Farmer (Trudy) along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Rd. NW Thursday 5/16/2019 from 5:00-7:00. The celebration of Becky’s life will be held Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Funeral Home at 11:00 with the Rev. David Evans officiating. Interment will follow immediately at the East View Baptist Church Cemetery in Georgetown, TN.
