Barbara Sue Moore Heinaman was born on November 3rd, 1943 in Sweetwater, passed on March 17th, 2018. After high school, she moved to the San Francisco Bay area for 47 years returning after retirement to Sweetwater. While in California she was Clerk of the Board of assessment appeal for the county of San Mateo retiring in 2006.
