Barbara Jean Knight

Barbara Jean Knight, 69, of Cleveland, TN passed away on December 3, 2015. She was born on May 25, 1946 to the late Clarence Edgar Scoggins Sr. and Roseanna Amanda Goins Scoggins.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her brothers: Clarence Scoggins Jr., Rev. Carl Scoggins, Don Scoggins, Claude Scoggins, Rev. Gale Scoggins, and Dennis Scoggins.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 52 years, H.L. Knight; daughters: Dena Walker (Blu) and Kelly Knight; son: Jeff Knight (Kelly Harden); sister: Wanda Cavett.
In addition to these, she leaves behind several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday December 6, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the 2:00pm service time on Sunday. Interment will follow the service in Lee Cemetery.
