Barbara Ann Schaffer Teague

Barbara Ann Schaffer Teague, born March 15, 1939 passed away early Christmas morning at her home in Cleveland. She was 78 years old.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Willis Paul Teague and her oldest grandson, Cory Alexander Teague. She is survived by her son Brian Teague and his wife Kaye and her son Kevin Teague and his wife Cindy, all of Cleveland. Barbara was blessed with 7 grandchildren. Heather Teague stationed at Shaw Air Force Base, SC; KaLee Allen (Lucas), McKinnley Teague (Emily), Mary Weller (Manny), Madelyn Teague, Kara Teague and Kaylee Jones all of Cleveland. Barbara also had 3 great-grand children, Luke and Ava Allen and Jemma Teague.
Barbara graduated with her Associates degree from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA and her Nursing Degree from Roosevelt Hospital, NY, NY. While in Cleveland, she worked as a Med-Surg nurse at the old Bradley Memorial Hospital, Hamilton County Nursing Home as a charge nurse and she served various clients of Life Bridges before retiring.
She was a member of Thompson Springs Baptist Church where family will receive friends on Thursday December 28, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. The funeral service will follow at 7:00pm and her son, Reverend Kevin Teague will be officiating. A private family interment will take place on Friday in the Veterans Section of Fort Hill Cemetery.
