Cooper, Audrey Mary Long; the daughter of Leslie Gordon and Mignon Henriette Long died peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Monday, August 10, 2020 at the age of 85. She was born on January 7, 1935 in Sussex, England. She moved to the United States in 1960 to become a Nanny where she met the love of her life, Ralph Cooper in New York City. They married and moved to Walker County Georgia and lived for 52 years. Mrs. Cooper became a US Citizen in 1976 and worked in the school cafeteria at Fairview Elementary school. Audrey loved her family, loved the Lord, and diligently read her devotions daily.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 22nd at 1:00 p.m. at Brainerd Baptist Church BX Building located at 4011 Austin Street in Chattanooga, TN with Chaplain Ted Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial.

Mrs. Cooper is preceded in death by her infant son Randall Mel Cooper and her husband Ralph Edward Cooper.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dale Cooper (Christy) and Bruce Cooper (Stephanie); daughter and son-in-law, Darlene Jacks (Jeff); sister, Gloria Sen; nine grandchildren, Hannah Mason (Jeremy), Chloe Hall (Scott), Abigail Jacks, Darcy Simmons (Gatlyn), Faith Hawthorne (Kevin), Holli Cooper, Clay Cooper and Dalee Cooper, and Brandon Henegar. Eight great-grandchildren, Reece, Joselyn, Layla, Amelia, Maxx, Liam, Nora and Sandler.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her favorite charity St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
