Audrey Juanita Dement

Audrey Juanita Dement, 88, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 5, 2017. She was born on April 3, 1929 to the late Theodore and Allie Estelle Bankston. Juanita was the cornerstone of her family and lived her life as an example of the love of God. She truly impacted the lives of everyone she met. She was beautiful inside and out and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her mother and father, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Oscar M. Dement; daughter Barbara Clark; grandson Steven Clark and several brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters Patricia Holland (Les) of Mississippi and Brenda Green (Larry); brother Walter Bankston (Gail) of Mississippi; sister Mae Pait of Mississippi; grandchildren: Thomas Holland, Timmy Holland, Deena Crews, Chris Green, Jason Douglas, and Shauna Smith. In addition to these, she leaves behind great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday June 8, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. Interment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
