Ashley Marie Manrique

Ashley Marie Manrique, 27, of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2023. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. Ashley was born on June 6, 1996 in Hayward, California, but spent most of her life in the Dayton area. She was a 2013 graduate of Rhea County High School.

Everyone who knew Ashley knew her as friendly and outgoing, and never met a stranger. Ashley will be most remembered for her big heart and willingness to help anyone in need.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Julie Gossett, and her maternal grandmother, Doris Cler.

Ashley is survived by her father, Carlos (Tori) Manrique Sr, her brother, Carlos Manrique Jr, her aunt Cathy (Brian Decker), cousins, and an abundance of friends. We will miss Ashley more than words can say.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Head River Baptist Church at 12:00pm. The church is located at 3380 Griff Johnson Road, Menlo, GA 30731. A time of visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
