Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife Mary Perkins of Cincinnati, OH; children Timothy (Sarah) Louis of Soddy Daisy, TN, Erin Perkins of Cincinnati, OH, Toni (Joseph) Senecal of Soddy Daisy, TN, Natalie Perkins of Middletown, OH, Cynthia Perkins of Cincinnati, OH, James Perkins of Cincinnati, OH, Steven Owens of Soddy Daisy, TN and Shelbie Owens of Soddy Daisy, TN; grandchildren Emily Senecal, Audreanna Rhodes, Jordan Turner, Nevaeh Rhodes, Juliyanna Turner, Tommy Williams, Amya Perkins, Aubriana Senecal, Myla Senecal, Ashlyn Senecal, Peggy Spainer, Eloise Hayes; brother Terence Collins; sisters Jennifer Perry; Mother Pamela Collins and many other family members.
The family will be holding a private memorial service to be determined at a later date.
