Obituary


Alleyne Leffew, 64, of Cleveland passed away on Monday October 28th, 2013 at her home. Alleyne was a daughter of the late Henry A. Phillips and Edith M. Holegate Phillips. She was a dedicated and loving homemaker that enjoyed taking care of her family.

In addition to her parents Alleyne is also preceded in death by her husband Roscoe F. Leffew.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons and daughters-in-law Roscoe & Amy Leffew of Birchwood, TN and Lucas & Rozetta Leffew of Decatur, TN, two daughters and sons-in-law Amanda & Claude Brackett of Cleveland, TN and Michelle & David Harrington of Oldfort, TN. A very special granddaughter Katlyn Ramage and also eleven other special grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister Terri Starr of Hogansville, GA, one brother Micheal Phillips of MI, a special aunt Marilyn Allen of FL, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A celebration of her life is planned for Saturday, November 2nd, 2013 at 4:00 PM at the Faith Memorial Church located at 910 17th Street NW in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Eric Boston officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service time.
