Alfred Richard Hampton, 63, of Madisonville, a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County.
He is survived by his wife of forty years Karen Hampton of Madisonville, one daughter and son in law Nikki & Chris Jack of Tellico Plains, TN, 2 sisters Dianne Lankford and her husband Jimmy of Decatur, TN and Carolyn Wood of Athens, TN. Three brothers Houston Hampton of North Carolina, David Hampton and his wife Sheila of Athens, TN and William Hampton of Decatur, TN, four grandchildren Jayden Jack, Dominick Jack, Mae Crowder and Richy Santos.
A funeral service is planned for Friday, October 11, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the 3:00 PM funeral service.
