Albert Blair

Albert Blair, 75, of Birchwood, TN passed away on July 26, 2022. He was born on August 18, 1946 to the late Seaborn and Opal Blair. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. During his service, he was awarded two Purple Hearts. Albert was a gifted musician and played in the Award Winning Hickory Wind Bluegrass Band. His musical talents granted him a place in the Nashville and Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame. He loved fishing with his nephew, Tony Allison. Above all, Albert loved his family and spending time with them.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 40 years, Bobbie Blair; sons Tim Blair and Gary Blair; daughters Tammie Hulsey (Marty), Robin Olsen (Buff), Kelly Kington, Patty Snyder (Chuck); 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Albert’s life will be held at a later date.
