Zachary Scott Dillard

Zachary Scott Dillard, 58, of Copperhill, TN, passed away on October 11, 2022. He was born on May 12, 1964. He attended Copper Basin High School and Cleveland State Community College. He is preceded in death by his son Nathan “Big Foot” Dillard.

He is survived by his parents Cal and Jean Dillard; brother Rocky Dillard (Teresa), sister Sheri Dillard Key (Jeff), very special niece Kyra Dillard White (Matt) and very special nephews: Casey Dillard (Tara), Corey Baldwin, Eric Dillard (Ashley), Cody Dillard (Andrea), Brandon Dillard (Destiny), and several grand nephews and niece.

Scott was loved by all. His longing was to be with his son, Nathan, and to be at home with the Lord. Scott was an avid football fan, Alabama being his favorite. He played football at Copper Basin. He loved spending time with his family. Scott will be greatly missed and always loved, but Scott is at peace.

He will be laid to rest with a private family ceremony at Dillard Family Cemetery with Casey Dillard and Corey Baldwin officiating. Corey Baldwin, Casey Dillard, Eric Dillard, Cody Dillard, Brandon Dillard, and Matt White will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Vance Deal, Mike Patterson, Dean Patterson, Brad Hyatt, and Jeff Key will serve as honorary pallbearers.
