Obituary

Willie Edward Prichard, 86, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Thursday, November 6th, 2014 in a local health care facility. Willie was born on December 3rd, 1927 in Benton, TN a son of the late Willie H. and Abbie E. Prichard. He was a member of South View Baptist Church. Willie was retired from Magic Chief where he was employed for over twenty seven years.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law R.V. "Buddy" Prichard and wife Ezna and another sister-in-law Juanita Prichard.

Willie leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife Sue Prichard, one son and daughter-in-law Keith and Missy Prichard, one daughter Kathy Gail Cross, three grandchildren Kristi Aday, Jeremy Cross and April Brewer, seven great grandchildren Amber Kilburn, Kassie Hooker, Amanda Hooker, Makayla Liner, Emily Liner, Kyler Deal-Cross and Jordan Deal-Cross, two brothers Dewie Prichard and Spence Prichard (Nina), two sisters Ruth Widner (Gaddis) of Corbin, KY and Betty Jo Johnson (Lloyd) of Athens, TN, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A celebration of his life is planned for Monday night, November 10th, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland, TN. The Reverend Ronnie Ledford will be officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday night from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time at the funeral home.

The interment will take place on Tuesday morning at 11:00 AM in the Brock Graveyard in McMinn County with friends and family serving as pallbearers. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:15 AM on Tuesday morning.
