William Michael David Belaire Little Billy, age 31, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015. He was born July 12, 1984 in Portsmouth, VA to William Belaire and Judi Crader. Little Billy was a great person who could make friends anywhere he went. He also loved children and was always hanging out with his nephew. William was a gamer and liked to be on his PlayStation whenever he had free time.
Little Billy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jules and Nancy Belaire; and his maternal grandfather, Jimmy Crader.

Along with his parents Little Billy is survived by his maternal grandmother, Connie Cain; one sister, Courtney Christine Alfreda Belaire; one nephew, Mason Ryan Belaire; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
