Wanda Lee Richesin, 82, of Benton , Tennessee passed away December 24, 2022 at her Residence in Benton, Tennessee . She was born on April 16, 1940 in 10 Mile, Tennessee to Eskey and Martha (Plumley) Brown. She has lived in this area for 37 years, coming from 10 Mile and Sweetwater area. She is of the Baptist Faith and was a member of Gospel Way Baptist Church in Dawnville, GA. She had many hobbies, she loved to can, read books, and to sing karaoke. She loved to listen to country music, even when she couldn't remember who was singing during her long battle with dementia.


She was preceded in death by her 1st husband James Daniel, and father of her children Clyde Richesin Jr., Her Parents Eskey and Martha Brown, Sister Ruth Sitzler, Brothers Ray Brown, Rev. Arlin Brown, Rev. Paul Brown, Olen Brow, Bill Brown and J.M. (Jay) Brown.


Wanda is survived by her sons Chris (Missy) Richesin, Michael Richesin (Her Caregiver) and his companion Margaret, both of Benton, TN. Her siblings, David Brown, Johnny Brown, and Jackie Brown. Her grandchildren Daryl Richesin of Cleveland, TN, Kristen Richesin (Her Caregiver) of Benton, TN and Ashley Richesin of Selmer, TN. Great Grandchildren Bentlee and Benson Richesin of Old Fort, TN. Also Favorite Aunt Mayme (Knox) of Etowah along with several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.


Donations may be mailed to Missy Richesin P.O. Box 610 Benton, TN 37307 to help with final expenses, she had no life insurance.
