Virginia Faye Shoemake

Virginia Faye Shoemake, 84, passed away early Thursday, August 1, 2019, at a hospice facility in Chattanooga, TN. She was of the Church of God faith and was a member of Middle Valley Church of God for many years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harry Shoemake; father T.R. Griffith; mother Alice Goodman; sons Ted and Tracy Shoemake; grandson Stryker Blanks; brother T.R. Giffith Jr. and sister-in-law Barbara Griffith.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Angela Blanks; cousin Ruby Goodman; six grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Stan Gee, Megan Arnold and Hospice of Chattanooga in Dayton, TN.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
