Obituary
Virginia Davis, 73, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away peacefully at home on Saturday morning, June 13th, 2015. Virginia was a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church. She was known for being a very loving, giving, and kind wife, mother, and Gran. Virginia will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Louise Hudgins and her sister, Irene Myers.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her caring and loving husband of 54 years, Roy Davis; children, Renee (Terry) Morrow, Rhonda Davis, James (Erica) Davis; grandchildren, Chase (Emily) Morrow, Cody Suttles, Allie Morrow, Wyatt Davis, Emmarie Davis, and Evelynn Davis and one great-grandchild, Rowan Morrow; sisters, Ruby Givens, Margaret Thompson, and Shirley (JC) Hackney; brother, Lester (Donna) Hudgins, as well as several nieces and nephews and extended family.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00pm till 8:00pm on Tuesday June 16, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW.
The celebration of life service will be held at 3:00pm on Wednesday June 17th, 2015 at Companion Funeral Home with Pastor Jay McCluskey officiating.
Interment will be held in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens following the service.
