Thomas James Brewer, Jr., 80, passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at a local healthcare facility. He was born on April 12, 1940 to the late Thomas James and Laura Marsion Brewer, Sr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Virgil Brewer and John W. Brewer; sisters, Alice Brewer, Minnie Ruth Brewer, and Lillie Hicks.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Allan Brewer; nephew, Curtis Hick; niece, Gail McClure; and several other extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 12:00PM until 2:00PM on Thursday, November 12, 2020 in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00PM. Thomas will be laid to rest in the Lee Cemetery following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Dementia Society of America in Thomas’ honor.
