Terry W. Ballinger

Terry Wayne Ballinger, 65, passed away on February 7, 2021 at his residence in Chattanooga. Terry had a successful 25 year career at UPS followed by a second career at Merrill Lynch. Terry enjoyed cars, road trips, college football, cooking his famous hamburgers, and spending time with his friends and family. Terry was an ambitious, generous, and loving man with a passion for mentoring and an interest in reading leadership books. Terry is preceded in death by his father, Bill Ballinger and brother, Ronnie Ballinger. He is survived by his girlfriend, Lisa Barnes; mother, Virginia Ballinger; and son, Chase Ballinger. The family is choosing to have a private gathering and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to cancer research at the American Cancer Society.
