Teresa Klimp

Teresa E. Klimp (Wyatt) of Rossville, GA passed away peacefully on February 2, 2023 surrounded by her family. Terry could not handle the thought of the possibility of a Trump 2024 presidential run, so she chose to leave this world before she had to witness that utter chaos.

Terry was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved true crime, crocheting, and the University of Alabama. She did NOT like loud gum chewing, bad grammar, or Donald Trump. This can all be confirmed by all the many teenagers who tried to chew gum or use incorrect grammar around her. And, by anyone who mentioned Donald Trump in her presence.

She accomplished many great things in her life, but her proudest accomplishment was her family. Terry is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Danny Klimp. Her three daughters Michelle Buckles (Matt) of Kingsport, TN., Dodie Klimp of Fort Oglethorpe, GA., and Amanda Byerly (Joe) of Rossville, GA. Her grandchildren, Brandon Dean, Emily Hurley, Kenzie Klimp, Gracie Klimp, Brandi Byerly, Gillian Paulsen, Lauren Paulsen, and Alyssa Paulsen. She was also the great-grandmother to 8 beautiful great-grandchildren.

Terry’s legacy will live on through her loved ones and the many lives that she touched. She gave selflessly and loved without judgement. She passed that down to her children and their children in hopes that this world would somehow be better.
