Teresa Jean Cox

Teresa Jean Cox, 55, longtime resident of Cleveland, TN passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 17, 2019. She was born on July 8, 1964 in Elizabeth City, N.C. Teresa worked at Helping Hands as a caretaker for several years.
Teresa was preceded in death by her father Carrol G. Powell.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son Dusty Ray Cox, he was her whole world; mother Ruby Jenkins and step father, Paul Jenkins; three step brothers Doug, Greg, and Jeff Jenkins of Riceville, TN; three special friends Jackie Cox, Sheree Cox and Donna Andrews; two special uncles Joseph and David Spruill as well as several cousins, aunts and many other family members.
The family will be holding a private memorial service at later date.
