Susan Lynn Myers

Susan Lynn Myers, 59 of Chattanooga passed away on January 3, 2020. Susan was born in Washington, DC, but soon after the family moved to Aiea, Hawaii, where she lived until the early 80s. She then moved to San Diego, California for a time. She and her two sons moved to Chattanooga in 1990. Susan worked for many years as an LPN at various nursing homes in the area. She finished her working career with CIGNA Healthcare as a customer service representative. Susan loved her cat, Bandit; adored children of all ages; playing cards and board games with her family and friends. But she loved her two sons, Adam and Daniel, most of all. She is survived by her parents, Gerald (Jerry) and Molly Kauffman of Treasure Island, Florida; brother, Richard (Mary) Kauffman of Florence, Oregon; her sons, Adam Walsh of Chattanooga, and Daniel (Heather) Myers of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
There will be a Celebration of Life service at Silverdale Baptist Church in the Chapel (door #6) on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 6:00 pm, with the Rev. Tony Walliser officiating. Susan's family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Silverdale Baptist Church, the Missions Ministry.
