Sue Buskell

Obituary

Sue Buskell, age 54, a resident of Dalton passed away Friday September 4th, 2015 at her home. Sue was born on December 6th, 1960 in Detroit, MI to the late Frank Brewer and the former Darlene Ketcherside.

Sue was a registered nurse for fifteen Years but for the past eight years at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. She was also a preceptor at the hospital training all the new nurses, in which she took much pride and joy. Her passion for helping patients and fellow nurses radiated. Sue was a great cook. She loved to cook food and share it with everyone. Many would say it was food for the soul. She enjoyed growing her own herbs and vegetables to cook with. Sue also had a love for animals. She had seven cats and one dog and would take care of any cat or dog in need. Sue enjoyed traveling, craft shows, and pow-wows. In all, Sue has impacted many people in her life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Sue is survived by her husband; Mark Buskell, one son, Dennis Wayne Klungler and wife Jini; one step son Matthew Buskell; three brothers, Jimmy, Eddie and Tommy Brewer; and two step grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Buskell.

The family would like to thank the staff and fellow nurses in 5N at Memorial Hospital and the Tennessee Oncology staff.
