Obituary

Stephen Vincent Hurley, 65, of Cleveland, TN died on Monday, July 20th, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Vernon Hurley, step father Franklin P. Fritts, grandfather John L. Clayton and grandmother Oneda G. Clayton.

He is survived by his mother Christine Fritts, son Brad R. Hurley, daughter Christina Lynne Hurley all of Cleveland. Steve is also survived by two brothers Phillip Fritts and Brian M. Fritts both from Cleveland, six grandchildren Brad, Axl, Destynee, Logan, Arianna and Lattel, three great grandchildren Kai, Ash and Walker, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

He loved his family and friends and many times was there for them all. He loved to play horseshoes, play card and was a very good pool player. Steve was an avid NASCAR fan.

A celebration of his life memorial service is planned for Friday, July 24th, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday afternoon at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
