Stefanie J. Hyde Campbell

Stefanie J. (Stef) Hyde Campbell, born September 27, 1972, passed away peacefully in a local hospital on Friday, January 21st, 2022 with family members present. Stefanie was saved and baptized at an early age and is still a member of Spring Creek Road Baptist Church. Stef graduated in 1990 from East Ridge High School after four fun-filled years with many friends and especially her cheerleader squad teammates. I wish I could name all of her special friends from that time in her life but I wouldn’t want to leave anyone out.

Stef graduated from Chattanooga State with a degree as a dental assistant. She worked for Dr. Robin Smith for a number of years where she was treated like a family member. Stef is survived by the sun, moon, and stars of her life, her daughter Lillie Ripple; mother Brenda Hyde; father Harold (Mary) Hyde; aunt Nicole Morrow Edmond; uncle Claude (Peggy) Hyde; and extra special niece Kirsten Hyde. She was preceded in death by her brother Brian Hyde, grandparents Ike (Joyce) Morrow and Arthur (Illa) Hyde. A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date due to Coronavirus concerns.

Sincere appreciation to the compassionate and devoted staff at Erlanger East Hospital, especially the ICU staff on the 2nd floor. Extra special thanks to Bobby Lawrence and Maria for never giving up. Both were professional but shared our love for Stef.
