Sondra Frye Jackson

Sondra “Sonni” Frye-Jackson, 81, left this world on February 4th, 2022. She peacefully
passed away of natural causes, surrounded by her loved ones.

Sonni was born on May 17, 1940 in Fremont, Nebraska. She spent the majority of her
life raising her four children in North Georgia, and she was loved by all who knew her.
She was best known for her homemade ice cream and her kind and loving demeanor.

Sonni was predeceased by her parents, Chester and Shirley, her son Rodney Parker, and
her grandson BJ Dowdy.

She leaves behind her three children, Robert Lamb (Vickie),
Scott Lamb, and Tonja Hunkapiller, all of Tennessee. She is survived by her brother
Duane Frye of Colorado, her sister Gwen Wagner of Washington, and her sister Dale
Sandman (Joe) of Georgia. She is survived by her significant other of 15 years, CL Autrey
of Georgia. She was also a proud grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and
great-aunt. She will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be planned in her honor
at a later time
