Shirley Diane Jaynes, 78, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away March 4, 2023 at her home in Cleveland, Tennessee. She was born on August 18, 1944 in Moss Point, Mississippi to D.K. and Kitty (Canfield) Holden. Shirley was of the Baptist Faith. She was a loving lady that loved to be around her children and grandchildren. She also loved to cook and spend time in the kitchen. She was a fan of Elvis Presley. She loved the ocean and the beach. She particularly loved the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and its warm, beautiful waters.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents D.K. and Kitty Holden and her brother Danny Holden

Left here on Earth to cherish in her memory are her husband Frank Jaynes, her sons Michael (Brittany) and Matthew Jaynes, and her daughter Melanie Jaynes. Her brother Mitchell Holden, her grandchildren Ian Forton, Andrew Forton, Isabella Jaynes, Madelyn Jaynes and Ethyn Jaynes. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Lisa Young, Christy Cope, Kim Owens, Bryan Holden, and Jeff Holden. Also her dear friend Barbara Liner.

Final arrangements are being handled by Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, Cleveland Chapel. The family will have a private service at a later date.
