Shayne Douglas Mccaleb

Shayne Douglas McCaleb, age 28, a resident of Chattanooga Tennessee, passed away March 13, 2022.

Shayne was born October 28, 1994, he graduated from Soddy Daisy high school where he wrestled and went undefeated his junior year. Shayne was a strong believer of Christ and lived by the golden rule. He was kind and funny and always down for a good joke. He enjoyed prank wars but lacked the poker face for it. Shayne was honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. He will be truly missed by his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Pruett and Virginia Brown, Clyde McCaleb and Robbie Davis and his aunt and uncle Jim and Gayle Oakey and cousin Bret Oakey.

He is survived by his dad and stepmom, Steve and Shera McCaleb, mom, Connie McCaleb, sister, Chelle McCaleb. Uncles and aunts Danny (Karen) Brown, Alan Brown, Doug McCaleb, Pete (Devonna) Davis, Elizabeth (Mel) Newby, Wynette Harris, Janice McCaleb. Cousins Jennifer (Kevin) Schafluetzel, Sonia (Chera) Parson, Brandy (Doug) Rogers, Weston (Dawn) Brown, Chase (Chad) Bannister, Samantha (Grant) Calhoun, Sarah Brown, Grace (Joey) Hutcherson, Katie Newby, and numerous other family members.

A celebration of life will be held Monday, March 21, 2022, from 6:30 – 9:00 PM at 1885 Grill Ooltewah, 9469 Bradmore Ln. #101 Collegedale, Tennessee 37363
