Sammy Gene Fairbanks

Sammy Gene Fairbanks, 60, a lifelong resident of Meigs county passed away in the early morning hours of February 19, 2019 with his family by his side. He was a longtime employee of Shaw and Cymer Chemical in Decatur, TN.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Imogene & Junior Fairbanks, sister Annie, brother Ricky and brother in law Jon Boyd.
He is survived by his children, Samantha, Ariel Jade, Gary and wife Daralea Fairbanks, Beth and husband Rex Holland, Brandi Pritchett and Keri and husband Jeff Hawkins, several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers Don and wife Anita, Jackie and wife Donna and Chuck Fairbanks, sisters Karen and husband Jerry Denton and Cindi Boyd.
