Samantha Dean Holmes

Samantha Dean Holmes, 53, of Charleston, Tennessee passed away October 28, 2022 at her home surrounded with people that loved her. Samantha went home peacefully and went up to Heaven to be with family after a long battle of multiple illnesses. She was born on November 4th, 1968 in Cleveland, Tennessee to Charles and Barbara (Parker ) Holmes.

Samantha was preceded in death by her parents: Charles Holmes and Barbara Parker-Holmes. Also her brother Richard Holmes and her sister Donna Byrd-Owens.

Let her on Earth to cherish in her memory are her children Brandon and Kennyarrie Derrick of Cleveland, TN, Ian Derrick in South Carolina, and Jordan Holmes of Cleveland, TN. Her siblings Dorisa and Larry Curry of Cleveland, TN and Chuck and Kim Holmes of Savannah, Ga. Grandchildren Glynn Derrick and Annabelle Derrick. Neices Misty Perdue of Dunnellon, FL, Larry and Whitney Curry, Trinity and Steven Davis of Cleveland, TN, Lacy and Kevin Ayotte, and Cassie and Dan Rosa. Great Nieces Allysen Perdue, Ella Grace Curry, Lauren Davis, and nephews Hunter Godfrey, Tyler and Chase Ann Curry, Bryar Curry, Trey Holmes, and Cody Byrd-Owens. Love Nieces Chloe Stewart and Katie Buckner.
