Roy Allen Breedlove

Roy Allen Breedlove, 73, passed away on October 8, 2021, at his residence. He was born December 20, 1947, in Chattanooga, TN, to the late Ezelle & Robert Breedlove and was of the Christian faith. Roy was a “mans man” and loved to work on things. He loved Big Orange football and America.

A proud veteran who served in the Vietnam War. Roy loved to go to the scrap yard for that perfect find for whatever project he was tinkering with.


In addition to his parents, Roy is preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Breedlove and sister, Ann Whaley.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Breedlove; sons, Luke Breedlove and Grant (Sheila) Breedlove; daughter, Candace (Marlon) Johnson; siblings, Diane Breedlove, Susan Rollins, Linda (Buddy) Russell, Joe Breedlove, of Chattanooga, and Terry (Anita) Breedlove, of Texas; grandchildren, Kylee Breedlove and Reylunde Johnson, both of Cleveland.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, October 15, 2021, at Fort Hill Cemetery- Veterans section with military honors.
