Rose Margaret "Midge" Crawford

Rose Margaret “Midge” Crawford, 82, of Charleston, TN passed away on October 31, 2021. She was born on May 31, 1939 to the late Boyd M. Hooper and Mary Smalling Hooper. Midge was a lifelong resident of this area. She loved traveling, especially to the beach where some of her happiest memories were. She was an avid horse lover and enjoyed riding horses, especially in her younger years. Above all, Midge loved her family and spending time with them-especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husbands “Radio” Beaty and Fred Crawford and her brother Bill Hooper.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Zeno Beaty (Katherine) and Tim Cody (Kim); brother Milton Hooper (Ruth); sister in law Mable Hooper; grandchildren: Jana Hays (Chris), Cristy Ownby (Chad), and Zach Hodge; great grandchildren: Kayley, Tucker, Brody, Ryleigh, and Colby. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.

There will be no public services at this time, per Midge’s request.
