Rose Anna Lowe

Rose Anna Lowe 'Judy', 75 of Cleveland,Tennessee passed away on April 10,2020, She was born to parents Floyd and Margerit Manion, on February 02,1945 in Kansas. Rose worked at Shaw Ind. for 10 years and McKee for 18 years. She enjoyed fishing, riding in the big truck with her late husband, bingo, and poker machines, She is proceed in death by her parents Floyd and Margerit Manion, husband of many years Charles ,Rick, Lowe Jr., son Bobby Lowe, daughter Darlene Lowe. She is survived by Donnie Lowe, son, Windie Bishop, daughter. Grandaughters Courtney Leamon, Darlene Lowe, Whittley Lowe, Mariah Bishop, and Ashley Lowe. Grandsons Madison Bishop, Dillion Bishop, and Robert Lowe. Several great grandkids, and special friends Barbara Sue Lowe and Kim Hysinger. A memorial service will be held at a later time, at Mount Carmel Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Huff officiating. She was loved dearly and will be missed everyday until we meet again.
