Ronald W. Chapple was born on August 16, 1956, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. From Childhood, he was called "Fat Rap" as he would say "He was fat and he had a bad Rap" for the ladies. He graduated from Howard High School in 1974 and obtained a full scholarship in football at the University of Knoxville. after graduation, he resided in Los Angeles California for 30 years, and there he got his certification in Plumbing and Construction. He lived in Atlanta, Ga for 12 years and got his certification in HVAC.


He worked several jobs and he also worked for himself installing air-conditioning units for corporations.


Among those who preceded Ron in death include his biological father John Chapple Sr., and Step Father Willie Earl Cross, his mother Orma J. Cross, sister Joyce Chapple, and nephew Lebron Burson.

Ronald passed unexpectedly on Friday, October 28, 2022, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He leaves his memories to be cherished by his sister Deborah Cross, and Doris Readus, His brother John Chapple Jr. Very close cousins Shirley Bennett, Edward Bennett, Jerry Bennett, and James Bennett Jr. His nephew Phillip Foster, Zuri Bone, niece Nyausha Burson, and a host of other relatives.
