Ronald "Ronnie" Myers

Ronald (Ronnie) Myers, 74, of Cleveland, passed away on December 7, 2019 at his home.

Visitation will be held 10am – 12pm December 12, 2019 at Companion Funeral Home with funeral services at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Lee Cemetery.

Ronnie was born in Charleston, TN to W. Jennings and Mildred Myers on January 8, 1945. He worked for Estee Manufacturing, Allied-Signal, and Beaty Hardware. He also was known for officiating softball and basketball during the 1980s. He was also a member at Bellefounte Baptist Church.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents W. Jennings and Mildred Myers of Charleston, infant brother Franklin Myers, and his father and mother-in-law Frank and Rita Bancroft of Prospect.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Sharon Myers; children, Rhonda Campbell (Eric) and Michael Myers; grandchildren, Franklin and Clint Campbell all of Cleveland; sister Darlene (Eddie) Goins of Charleston, brother Kenneth Myers (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ; brother-in-law Jerry (Sue) Bancroft of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Tennessee Christian Preparatory School Building Fund.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Tran and his staff at Tennessee Oncology as well as Hospice of Chattanooga, especially Kourtnei and John, for their care.
